Amazing hotel, and brilliant staff, they went above and beyond to accommodate myself on my 10yr anniversary with a free upgrade. The hotel is close to the city center, clean and tidy, polite and friendly staff and lovely extra little touches. The most comfortable bed, and black out blinds. Will definitely be staying again.

Room was amazing, we got a room with a bath tub and it was worth it! It was all very clean and had everything we needed. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant staff were also so kind, it was my 30th birthday and they all went above and beyond to make it special. The outdoor pool is heated and very warm and lovely bonus to use, nice to have the sun loungers too. We are breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and both were delicious, especially the french onion soup. All staff were amazing.

Very comfortable bed! Location is great, close to the city centre, within walking distance to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Spacious room. Very good shower! Very good breakfast!
