Everything!!! Staff at the reception is very helpful and nice. We had booked three rooms but one of them was situated on a different floor, we asked if we can all stay at the same floor and they were so nice and arrange that for us. Hotel is in a quiet street with the park close by, underground station and buses also. On the main street you have everything you need, form pubs and restaurants to stores Very clean rooms and lovely decor

My stay at The Milestone Hotel in London was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. It was the perfect way to start each day of my visit. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, with easy access to all of London’s top attractions, yet it feels like a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Every aspect of my stay was fantastic, from the luxurious rooms to the impeccable service. I can confidently say that I will be returning to The Milestone Hotel in the future. It was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay in London.

Brilliant room, huge American king bed, incredibly comfortable pillows, remarkably attentive staff, beyond perfect location. I usually change hotels when I travel but will absolutely return to the Ampersand any time I visit London.

Highly recommend the place. The staff ( expecially Mr Donovan ) is having fantastic attitude to customers. Clean and comfortable rooms. Perfect location near Earl's court underground station. Good pub on ground floor. Price value.

    Staff were friendly. Room was good value- no frills but clean and beds were comfortable. Perfect location to get anywhere in London . We went to a gig at Eventim Apollo and was an easy 10 minute walk as was Hammersmith tube. Would definitely recommend for an affordable London stay .

    Staff were very friendly, and told me a lot about the area and how to navigate. Fantastic location, especially for concerts at the Eventim Apollo - literally a 5 minute walk from the venue. Rooms have a nice look and the building itself is lovely too.
