We had a truly wonderful stay. The Cottage and the room are fanstastic and very comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with all amenities. The new bathroom with a jacuzzi and a balcony with a table and chairs were a nice addition. The hosts were so nice and really kind, we loved chatting with them during breakfast and when we were coming back from hikes. The Cottage is conveniently located close to Scarborough, Whitby, and North York Moors National Park - a perfect spot for everyone willing to explore the area and have a relaxing evening after a long day.

    Great location to explore the area. Plenty of facilities locally, all in walking distance. Very cosy cottage. Could live here. Helmsley is a beautiful place. The church and castle in Pickering are wonderful places to visit. Got to York for the cricket. Shame we didn't get to do Dalby Forest parkrun but, that was cancelled by Forestry Commission due to the Forest fires.

    Excellent location for Dalby forest. Cafe just a 2 min walk (only open Weds to Sun) and the Fox and Rabbit is a 20 / 25 minute walk. Also has off street parking.

    The cottage is in a beautiful small village, it has a local pub and church. The sheep wander through which my daughters loved and not too far in car to several tourist locations such as Dalby Forest.

    Lovely lodge which was very clean and well equipped. the decking and outside furniture was great to sit out in the sun. The site is well spaced out so very quiet in the evening. I will use it again when working back in Dalby Forest.

    Location was amazing the apartment had a private field for the dog it was outstanding, lots of little streams in the village, Dalby forest 5min drive, pub 5 min walk. this is a high quality apartment. and will defo be returning
