My family and I enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the kids loved it there. Restaurant and bar were both very nice. Food was very good. Thank you to Joyce in particular.

Very clean and nice rooms. Think a lot of people came up for the same event but couldn’t hear anything from other rooms or guests.

One word PERFECT 😊 Very friendly and helpful staff,very comfortable bed, I want it to stay in the bed all the time 😊 clean and nice hotel, good location,dog friendly which was important for me, good breakfast,we had meals there and were nice portions and delicious. If I am in Cardiff I definitely will be in this hotel. Highly recommend

Lovely clean, spacious bedroom. Great to have bath and shower available, staff are re ally friendly and helpful particularly Camen the manager who cannot do enough for you.

What an impressive little cottage! We arrived to a warm, welcoming space. Heating was on, postcard with a personal note sat on the kitchen table with some Welsh cakes, complimentary tea and coffee, toiletries and my favourite...washing machine and dishwasher pods! The amount of places that expect you to provide your own - whether staying for 1 or 7 nights, is ridiculous - it's the small things! We even had a Christmas tree! 17min drive into Cardiff. 100% recommend!
