The breakfast was the best in any Cambridge I've stayed before. Great selection, super tasty. The eggs were great which I'm usually picky about. The piano bar was pretty nice, the pianist lady was great. The staff was really kind.

Completely exceeded my expectations. Room was beautiful Staff especially were extremely helpful. Very fast to respond. Always obliging always willing to go the extra mile. This hotel’s service is the best I have experienced since travelling to the UK from 2009!

Our superior room was beautifully decorated and had some little extra touches that made it quite special. For example, the lovely proper teapot and cups and saucers ... very welcoming after a day out walking around Cambridge. Also the accent vases and cushions, etc. .... it felt like we were staying in a fine home rather than a hotel with items secured to tables and walls. The weekend breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever had, while the regular breakfast table service on the Monday was also very excellent.
