The very friendly and professional welcome. Room ready at noon already. Christmas treats and drinks at the reception. The bar and restaurant are beautiful and the services was flawless. The cocktails are all delicious. The corridor to the 02 is great for shopping and going to shows at the arena. The breakfast buffet was complete and very delicious.

From start to finish the experience at the hotel has been top notch. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They go over and above and pay very close attention to all details. For example, I received a bottle of champagne as a gift and without asking for it, housekeeping noticed this and provided me with ice that evening. The gym was fully equipped and honestly one of the best I've seen. The room itself was the most comfortable especially the bed and the location is superp-5 minutes away from Liverpool street station. I would definitely return here when visiting London

room is spotelessly clean. bathroom is spaceous and very clean. the staff are very helpful and kind. the waiters and bartenders at the restaruarnt are very nice too. when my sister didn't like her drink (she has a difficult taste) they replaced it gladly without making us pay. everyone is so nice. i definitely recommend.

    The location and the facilities are all perfect for the money. The staff also helpful and very responsive. We accidentally broke one of the bowl and the staff didnt even ask for compensation. We are really grateful. Definitely will repeat again

    The room was in the basement but was clean. Sbower and toilet were clean. All bedding were clean. The alleyway outside the basement room cpuld have been tidier.
