I tend to walk from the station to Beachy Head and carry on...
I tend to walk from the station to Beachy Head and carry on walking till I reach Birling Gap (non-stop). I am not young and I take my time. I am getting better and better each year at walking up hill, from the bottom of the first hill of the 7 sisters (where there is a cafe). It is a reminder to cut down on sweets during the year. This is a very beautiful place to walk.
This is a very beautiful place to walk. If you know the history of this place it is also very sad. Not for small children, cliffs could be very dangerous. There is also a couple of pubs to visit with lovel food.Guest review byKimUnited Kingdom

Nothing was too much trouble for them. The buffet breakfast was excellent. It offered a wide range of items to choose from. One evening I ordered a meal from the bar menu. On another evening I had a meal in the restaurant. Both meals were beautifully presented and tasted delicious. The location is excellent. Lovely spacious living dinning area, very well equipped kitchenette. Excellent shower room. We were there during the heat wave so apartment was cool being below ground level. 10 Steps down from the road. The walks along the cliffs around Beachy Head are suitable for people of all ages as the ground is gently sloping with no steep bits. Birling Gap and the Seven Sisters is very interesting as you can see how the coastline has evolved over the years.
