One of the best trained groups of professionals in the business. Stayed here multiple times and all the front desk personnel are excellent. It shows that they were well trained -- service first and always take care of the customer to maximum extent possible. It is not often that I find this level of professionalism in European hotels. The location was fabulous. The staff incredibly helpful and polite. Excellent bike storage and provided gluten free breakfast. Couldn’t ask for more. The noise came from other, less considerate guests.
