Great location, nice bar downstairs, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, unscented linens, great sound-proofing, fast internet, and super clean! Basically, everything that matters to us for a very reasonable price. We’ll come back the next time we’re in Bilbao.

At first, I thought it was a bit of a hassle that breakfast wasn’t a buffet but had to be ordered from a menu. However, I was absolutely stunned by how incredibly delicious everything we ordered was. Later, I found out that the restaurant actually has a Michelin star — what a surprise! It’s a great experience to enjoy a Michelin-starred breakfast with your family, so I highly recommend it!

Amazing room in old town of Bilbao. Kind staff let me check-in early. Everything was fast and clean. Nearby tram and metro stations to go anywhere within the city.
