It was clean and quiet. We booked a room for three people and it was not too small. The hotel is located next to a metro and bus station even though we did not use them.

Everything is excellent in this hotel, it is an old building on the outside but completely remodeled on the inside with modern finishes, the location is the best for a couple traveling on vacation, the staff is very friendly, the room is very spacious and with all the comforts, very good bed, bathroom is spacious and breakfast is really amazing!!!!!

Location is fabulous for getting around best part of town including the Royal Palace and the Prado Museum. The staff was open and friendly. On my checkout day I twisted my knee and limped into the lobby. The front desk lent me a crutch till I could get a cane. Unbelievable service. The breakfasts were excellent.

The location was fantastic because we were just a bit off the plaza and it was quiet. The staff was amazing. Saray helped us track down our lost bag from the airlines, they booked reservations at restaurants for us, answered questions regarding using the metro, etc. We cannot say enough about the service and how friendly and welcoming everyone was throughout our stays.
