The staff of the reception are super friendly, a kind lady gave me plenty of information about both the hotel and Seville, a nice gentleman ordered a taxi and offered a huge pocket of breakfast on the morning I left, thanks a lot! Besides, the toilet has slippers inside, which really makes me satisfied.

All the staff are very nice Rosio, Jorge, Augustine and others whom I forgot their names. Place is very clean. Location is perfect it’s just walking distance to historic places, 3 mins walk to La setas, close to shops, flamenco show and restaurants. Our room is perfect exactly what we expected. Big beds, spacious, clean, proper ventilation. Our bathroom is clean. They change towels and clean room everyday. Breakfast is good. They serve coffee and cook eggs by request. I love this hotel definitely I will always stay here when I comeback to Seville.

There is nothing I didn’t love about this place. The room was spectacular, rain showers inside and outside, rooftop terrace with spa, awesome staff - I could go on forever. Will definitely stay again when back in Seville.
