Comfortable beds and pillows for a good night's sleep. Clean and well-maintained rooms and facilities. Good location, easy access to public transport or attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Good quality Wi-Fi, breakfast was tasty!

Best hotel in Plzen. The room was very well equipped and location central. Everyone at the reception was very helpful but special mention goes to Nathalie for fixing my transport to the event the whole weekend and back to Prague. Also, if you are lucky to experience the breakfast in the morning, Akhi will ensure to meet your needs with the food and coffee. His dedication to each of the guests makes the whole experience a 5 stars. I will definitely come back next time in Plzen
