The location is mot central, but the city centre is in walking distance, about 15 min. A small grocery shop is three min away, good enough for traveller. Room is spacious. Aircon is ok. Internet is ok.

Very cozy hotel that has a great location, near the Vltava embankment. It is clean and tidy here, the hotel staff is friendly. Breakfasts were very tasty. I highly recommend the Hermitage Hotel. Thanks one more time for your hospitality.

A special thank you goes to Eliza, who demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and kindness. I had mistakenly left my money in the safe when checking out and heading to the airport. After calling the reception, Eliza immediately took action, coordinated everything, and personally ensured the money was delivered to me at the airport. This thoughtful gesture gave me 100% confidence in the integrity and dedication of the staff. It is a strong reminder that the quality of the staff is the most important factor when choosing a place to stay. The room was spacious, clean and equipped with fridge, coffee machine (you have to pay for the coffee unfortunately). The location is perfect. Close to tube station I.P.Pavlova. Breakfast offers is satisfying and you find the meal which you like.
