Friendly, cordial and helpful staff. Impeccable, and neat facilities. My room was upgraded with no charge. The breakfast was superb, even for me as a vegan traveler. Peaceful and quiet at night. The Internet was excellent to work with. They allowed me to check in earlier than usual. This hotel is a gem.

    Go all the way with the hkiking, dont stop when you see the water, its a 10-12 min walk, and then you reach the actual waterfall which is graet!! some ppl didnt know that and stopped, or asked a guide to help - the is no need :)

    The rustic nature of the property, just absorbed into the jungle. It was beautifully designed, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing. The views from our room and the hotel garden were outstanding. Loved to hear the story of our the owners started the property in the 80s /90s with their love for Montezuma. Great experience walking up to the Montezuma waterfall, we left at 7 and had the waterfall to ourselves for swimming. Also the whole vibe of the laid back town of Montezuma itself.

    Nice vibe overall and incredible sunrise on the ocean. The common area with hammocks is relaxing and inviting. The room and kitchen areas were clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions and doubts, Luís helped us organise our activities. The Montezuma waterfall is at walking distance, a few minutes away from the hostel and it’s breathtaking! We had a great time in Montezuma and the area around it!

    Very Beautiful well kept grounds. Location is great right across from the montezuma waterfall entrance, guard on property at night feels very safe. Quick walk into town. Very peaceful, the staff was top tier made you feel very welcome. Coffee mugs, coffee, kettle and mini fridge were very much appreciated. The sunrise was exceptional.

    The location is perfect! Elevated so you look down to the ocean and catch the breeze. Easy walk to Montezuma waterfall, or to town and the beach. The hosts are friendly, lovely people.

    Montezuma is a nice village with a very relaxed atmosphere especially between April and May. The hotel is made with love with small beautiful details. The staff was very friendly and ready to help you. Well located close to sodas and Montezuma waterfalls

    So well placed to go into town and to montezuma waterfall. Very comfortable bed and wonderful view from the balcony. The hanging bridge is an added bonus as let’s you get into town so easily and is just an amazing way to start and end the day.

    Incredible view out to sea, nice rooms with lovely coffee provided. Lots of nature about. Close to the Montezuma waterfall. Fantastic Butterfly brewery next door. The town itself has everything you might need. Zuma tours were also great.
