The falls are amazing!
The falls are amazing! The 500 steps down are well maintained. It had rained hard the night before and was raining while we were there so we weren’t allowed to swim at the bottom. I went there early morning, meaning I was one of the first one. You have to be physically fit to climb the stairs, it is very humid and with in the rain season wear sturdy shoes. The butterfly and orchid garden was very disappointing, 2 butterflies and no orchid. That was not my main point to visit. Go early!
Go early! We went one lunch time and the queue was huge, decided to go back another day for when it opened at 7am and we were one of the only ones there. It was amazing swimming round by ourselves and being able to get pictures without the crowds.
