The hotel is clean and well equipped. Just be careful about the area. I got out my phone just up the road from the hotel to check location and a man on a bike snatched it. The hotel was very helpful in calling the police and translating

Staff was lovely, the hotel looks really nice, very clean and comfortable. You have the option of having breakfast at casona del colegio, which is the hotel next door, I would strongly reccommend it as it was delicious!

Casona del Calegio did not only meet, but completely exceeded our expectations in our first ever trip to Cartagena! I don't think I have ever stayed in such a welcoming, safe, clean, well-designed and beautiful hotel. The staff is incredibly caring - from the welcoming cocktails, to opening the front door at the entrance, asking if you need anything more during the day - we couldn't ask for more. We LOVED the free breakfast - it's not a buffet, but an à-la-carte menu where we had the most amazing Marayuca smoothie, cappucchino, fruits, mini pastries, granola with yogourt AND a another meal of our choosing (Colombian arepa, Eggs benedict, omelets, pancakes, waffles) - This was sooo worth it! We selected the superiod double room I believe and again it exceeded our expectations! The room was pretty big, the bathroom as well, and there was a lot of space of putting away clothes and luggage. When I come back to Cartagena, I will undoubtly stay there again!

Good breakfest,variety.They let you eat in relaxed way how long you need,even after a closure time. very large room, with great disposicion. Clean.Top bed and materaces.

The room was really spacious, really nicely decorated with great taste. Super clean and the bed…so comfortable. Breakfast was very generous with a lot of choices. Staff is super nice and helpful.
