I liked the hotel very much. Beautiful hotel from the outside, beautiful room, furniture made of wood. From the window there is a gorgeous view of the mountain and fir trees! The room is warm. Excellent bathroom. Very clean in the room. Very tasty and varied breakfast. Very good location of the hotel - in the center of the town. The restaurant serves delicious food. The friendly waitress advised what to choose for dinner, she guessed my food preferences and was very friendly and polite. I really liked the atmosphere in the restaurant.

Hotel has a games room with pool table and soccer table and board games. A small library with books and big spacious lounge with free coffee, tea and mull wine. It's a good place to hang out at all these rooms when the weather was bad. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good experience

Stayed for a week. Super hotel. Room was super clean and comfortable and looks better in reality than on the photos (less budget-ish). The feel is relaxed. Service is helpful and informal. Opportunity to have reasonably priced dinners at the hotel is very convenient and the quality of the food is solid. The whole team is great, special thanks to Sarah, Monica, Gianna, Linda, new breakfast lady (sorry, didn’t get the name), and Thomas, Balazs and Matthias the Chef. Thanks for all the help and talks. Will gladly be back given the chance.
