Comfortable bed and pull out bed and the decor and ambiance was warm and cozy. Professional front desk staff who upgraded our room and helped us get to our sightseeing destination Location is just a few minutes walk from the train station even if you have luggage it is still easy and convenient. Bus terminals are nearby and Uber/lyft is easy to use as well. Heaps of shops, cafes and restaurants around the area.

Everything, from staff to room to location , everything is number 1! They are working so hard to give a "wow" experience to their customers.   • We bought tickets for the hop on, hop off old style city...

    We bought tickets for the hop on, hop off old style city tram which isn't the most ideal option as it runs in a loop and it doesn't run particularly late in the day, but it means you can walk to certain areas of the city and explore them on foot and then if you plan your journey you can pick up one of the trams and have it drop you off somewhere like Granville Island which is not walking distance from a lot of places in the city.
