The adrenaline rush of hitting the powder goes hand-in-hand with a little bit of pampering in Hochsölden. High in the Austrian mountains, this resort village boasts some seriously luxurious hotels and chalets, not to mention close access to some of Sölden's best runs. Its location away from the heart of the town means it’s a little on the quiet side when night falls – which may be a good or a bad thing depending on how you like your après-ski!
