The personnel is the soul of this hotel. Rarely have we encountered such outstanding professionals (Anna, at the reception, is a treasure!). But then everything was perfect. Breakfast (the bread was delicious!) and in general food & wine, decoration, location (check the view from our room). Just perfect.

A well run hotel with good facilities and a very helpful staff. Its location in the centre of Vienna is a big plus. Rooms beds and bathroom were well kept and everything works well.
