Excellent location, the center of Vienna - close to all attractions, restaurants and shopping areas. At the same time, there is silence in the rooms and excellent sound insulation inside the hotel. Excellent reception and room service. High quality air blankets and pillows. Availability of a business room for meetings and ZOOM conferences. Excellent cooked breakfast with fresh ingredients . Crepes to die for! Fabulous location. Very close to the Cathedral and shopping areas. Staff very friendly and helpful and readily facilitated a request for a kettle. Would definitely stay here again on any return visit to Vienna

My adult daughter and I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights during our vacation in Vienna. The hotel staff were all very friendly, pleasant and professional. Our room was spacious and comfortable for 2 of us. Breakfast selections were great and tasty. The location is close to public transit and within walking distance to most attractions, cafe abc restaurants. It is also only 15 min walk to the Airport Airbus so very convenient for us to arrive from and get to the airport.
