The staff were great. Mohammed, Umar and Madonna were always helpful and always had smiles and they were always there. Valet parking came in handy everytime the parking was full. The room was huge and really cool. I had everything i needed. A big shopping mall, helpful staff available 24/7, nice big room and they made sure i always had lots of complementary water bottles in the room fridge. My stay was definitely better and nicer than i expected. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks straight and i clearly choose those right hotel. I never doubted choosing the wrong hotel to stay in.

We like the breakfast better than anywhere. They prepare many cuisines. It's difficult to cover all of the varieties if you don't stay at least 5 - 6 days. Superb room service. They clean the room everyday nicely. And the front desk service is very good. Overall the staff is very polite and professional.

Fantastic hotel! It is brand new with plenty of space for guests, so you never feel as though it is overcrowded (but I believe during my stay it was high occupancy. It is located further out from the city, which allows you to easily travel from one side to the next (suited my trip where I heavily travelled). The staff were wonderful, especially OM Prakash (awesome at organising everything for me!) & Iftikhar (great room service and attitude to life!). I can't speak highly enough of this place. Thank you!!
