My stay was absolutely fantastic! The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was exceptional, with a clear attention to detail that made the experience even better. I was particularly impressed by the housekeeping staff, especially Mr. Moti, who kept my room perfectly arranged and ensured everything was in place. The reception staff, led by Mr. Mohammad Jad, was incredibly kind and efficient. Check-in was quick and seamless. The staff assistant is surely better than in any other hotel, we didn’t near “no” for any of our requests from housekeeping, reception, room service, spa.. everyone was extremely helpful and we got a cake for celebration, room decoration, late check out, and everything we could need! Thank you Rihan and Abdallah from reception! And of course, all the staff is so smiley! It leaves a great impression!
