I usually don’t write reviews, but this stay was so wonderful that I feel compelled to share my experience. I had made a request when booking, and the staff kindly responded to it with great care. The front desk team, housekeeping staff, and even responses to my inquiries were all handled warmly and professionally. Everyone greeted me with a smile, and I truly felt the spirit of hospitality throughout my stay. At check-out, due to a malfunction with my phone showing the wrong time (an hour late), I ended up leaving in a rush and checked out earlier than planned. I regret not being able to properly express my thanks in person, so I’d like to take this opportunity to say thank you again. I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Thank you so much.

Everything was almost perfect , smooth check in Rami in the reception is awesome and very professional in handling guests , housekeeping staff , valet parking staff . Christine in welcoming guests , all are nice ....variety of food for breakfast.
