It is a beautiful little boutique hotel in a superb location. We loved our villa with the porch swing overlooking the gardens and paddies, it was spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant out front has some amazing food. The best carbonara I’ve ever had - actually everything we had was remarkably very good. By far the best place to eat in Phong Nha. And the people keeping things running smoothly were absolutely lovely always smiling as they went about making sure everyone’s needs were being fulfilled. And another remarkable thing was not being asked for a review, all the more reason to sing their glories! A great place to stay, we would fully recommend it!

The free breakfast was delicious and served quickly, with a smile! The rooms were clean and private, and the bed was very comfortable, even for a larger individual as myself. Ms. Bong is a firecracker of a woman with spunk and energy to match anyone she works with. She went out of her way to support me with a truly enjoyable experience in Phong Nha. When there were troubles with my bus ride into town, I was able to reduce the length of my stay without any penalty directly on booking.com. Then she was able to get me checked into my room by 8AM without having to pay extra for the early arrival. She also assisted me directly to book a bus to Hue, and got me setup for an all day cave tour, all at very cost friendly rates. She even gave me a great dinner recommendation at the Indian restaurant across the street. The only thing I would have changed was to stay longer.
