The hotel itself is so charming :) The reception staff (Jenny) is very serviceminded and sweet:) She was very helpful giving us information about what we should do while in Hanoi:) The doormen we met, James and Leo, are smiling and helpful. The housemaids made our room every day and made the room look unused:) Breakfast was good! And - swimming pool with a great view!

They are very kind, just like old friends. Every day when I return to the hotel, I can see that they clean the room very clean, which is very important for people who are very tired after a day of playing. I will miss this hotel. The rooms at the back of this hotel are very quiet, and the bed provides you with a good night's sleep. If you are visiting Hanoi, l would certainly recommend this hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is its location as well. Just in front of Hoankiem Lake, it's a five-star hotel in the best location. I chose this accommodation to visit during this Vietnam TET period and enjoy the fireworks right in front of me at midnight on January 1st. The fireworks from the rooftop on the 12th floor were the best and the accommodation was very satisfying. Thank you for your kind staff, The breakfast is also really delicious, so I recommend you to try it. I will stay when I come to Hanoi again next time.
