We spent there two days and then returned for another day after our Ninh Bihn city visit. We got a free upgrade for a fantastic room with a front street view. The breakfast is really great and contains many complementary on-demand items (waffles, pancakes, sandwiches, toasts, but also Pho and Bun Cha. A lot of fresh fruits, cakes and fresh juices. The staff were so wonderful and helpful with any request. We even got a small farewell gift for upcoming Lunar New Year. Absolutely fantastic experience.

For compensation they gave me a discount on the taxi I had booked. The staff was so apologetic. I wish I stayed longer! Ill definitely be coming back here.
