Add to this, Arbor house was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! We stayed at the Champagne room and everything was perfect, the cleaning was SUPERB, "germany style". The decoration is unique. What a superb location - the Atlantic Ocean directly opposite the room, with direct access to the beach via a sliding door to the balcony, and the lovely town located a short walk from the room via the entrance door.
