The Capitana Key West offers 4-star accommodation with a hot tub. The hotel is absolutely spectacular—the location, the pristine facilities, everything is top-notch. However, the breakfast could be improved. The front desk staff is there, but barely noticeable; they fulfill the basics but don't go the extra mile to assist guests. A special mention goes to Mrs. Mary Elena, who was in the breakfast area. I would love to have someone like her in my own business—her dedication and kindness are truly remarkable. The hotel also has thoughtful details, such as complimentary water in the hallways, which you can take with you. It's an incredible place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!
