But every single one of them was professional and gave excellent customer service! From the reception, to the restaurant, concierge, cleaning team, and spa, we had a wonderful experience! The hotel fully met our expectations: comfortable rooms, perfect cleanliness, and a cozy atmosphere. We would like to especially thank Muhammad — such a kind and responsive person who always handled any requests promptly and with great care. We came for medical treatment, and the hotel kindly provided us with a wheelchair for the entire duration of our stay, as well as regular ice and everything else we needed for our comfort. The breakfasts and food at the hotel were delicious and varied, making every morning a real pleasure. We are truly grateful to the entire hotel team for their attentiveness and outstanding service. It was the first time I experienced such a caring and thoughtful staff! We will definitely come back to your hotel again!

Everyone was always available, willing to answer any questions, or help out with anything a guest may need. I strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul - We are certainly coming back again !!!
