This is the perfect place to stay when in Chiangmai. It is right at the center of the old town where plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops, and massage places abound. It is also a short walking distance to the two most popular temples in old town Chiangmai. We were particularly pleased and pleasantly surprised when the long road next to the hotel was turned into a night shopping street (apparently this is done every Sunday). Right outside the Old City Spa, is a stand alone travel & tours outlet which sells all the famous Chiangmai day tours at a discount. You cannot find anything cheaper elsewhere. This hotel really has every advantage in terms of location. We also love our room. It is quite big and very clean. The beds are comfortable, and the block out curtains helped us have a good night sleep. But the best part of The Old City Rooms is the kindness of the owner. They responded to all our queries in a timely manner, accommodated all our requests, made sure we are always comfortable, and in our last day they even allowed us to use the shower after our day tour before our flight even if it was way beyond check out time (we we're also lucky nobody booked the room for that day so we were allowed to check out late). When you stay at this hotel, do not miss the spa experience, which they offer for guests at a huge discount. Amazing spa facilities. We enjoyed everything especially the ice plunge. This hotel is highly recommended and will be my only go-to hotel every time I'm in Chiangmai.

The onsen in the balcony of the room was great, the food at the restaurant was of very good quality and for a reasonable price. The onsen was great.

Absolutamente todo .El sitio es espectacular,camas comodisimas ,todo muy limpio ,desayuno muy bueno.Lugar mágico apartado de la ciudad .Se respira paz y tranquilidad .El personal lo de mejor del hotel ,super atentos y simpáticos .Un día nos tuvimos que levantar antes para una excursión y nos prepararon el desayuno antes del fijado por el hotel.Muy agradecidos ,volveremos y lo recomendaremos a amigos y familia.

Experience timeless hospitality at Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel, the only Marriott International property in Chiang Mai. The hotel location is great. It overlooks the night market, which means its nice and quiet during the day and lively and colorful at night. It is walking distance to the old city and to many excellent restaurants. The staff is extremely friendly. Would like to call out concierge Krit: he was exceptionally forthcoming with help and information.

Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai overlooks rice fields and mountains in Mae Rim Valley. It features luxurious bungalows with outdoor living spaces. A spa and outdoor swimming pool is available. Villas were surrounded by beautiful lush greenery, felt like we were waking up in nature everyday. Grounds were very well maintained, loved the paddy fields and farm. Hotel staff and service exceeded expectations. Everyone knew and addressed us by our individual names, they went above and beyond to delight and make our stay special. I was also pregnant and they took extra care of me, going out of their way to ensure I was comfortable even while visiting attractions outside the hotel. Hotel also offered complimentary experiences like rice planting and buffalo bathing which added to the richness of our holiday and experience.
