I was contacted at the arrival day via the receptionist and agreed on when we arrive to the property, and got there the keys seamlessly via a reception desk. Staff was very kind and friendly, shown everything, introduced all need to know, where are wood for the grill, etc. The two apartments were clean, fully equipped, comfortable. 4 apartments had an assigned wellness building with infra sauna, jacuzzi. The garden is well maintained, was a perfect spot for family and friends getaway. oh, almost forgot, excellent restaurants in the nearby!

O Hotel Château Bela está localizado no sul da Eslováquia, na vila de Belá. You drive into this little town and there it is: A hidden gem that's just waiting to be discovered. The castle is beautiful and well maintained. You are greeted with a smile and surrounded by friendly & courteous staff. Stroll around the wide garden and have a look at the animals in the back. The spa is intimate with a sauna, a steam bath and a relaxation room. There is also a room with ping pong, billiard and games if you feel like it. We booked half board and our tastebuds were bathing in awe. Think waiters with white gloves that serve you a delectable 3 course menu composition from the right side. Also their own wines were delicious and we had a hard time picking a favourite. We were happy that we could bring our dog too and would visit again.

I’ve stayed in a lot of the hotels in the area over the last 10 years (due to work) and this hotel by far is the best. The reason I really like this hotel is because the management & staff are extremely friendly & helpful and you are always met with a smile. The facilities are kept so clean, and they recently refurbished a number of the rooms that I stayed in during my last visit. To top this all off, there is an amazing wellness centre located underneath the hotel that allows you to unwind in the evenings and a fantastic Hungarian restaurant bolted onto the same property, you couldn’t wish for more, a dream for the weary business traveller. In realtion to the breakfast, it's mainly a continental breakfast with a large range of meats/cheeses/cereal. The self-serve hot breakfast normally has 3 options, eggs, bacon or European sausage (spicy) and beans. Toast is available along with a automated coffee machine. There is always two lovely staff to assist if you need help, additional items, etc...

We stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was a truly wonderful and relaxing experience. The hotel is stunning, with everything in excellent condition, and the rooms are exceptionally comfortable. I also loved the L'Occitane cosmetics. And the mattresses! They are absolutely perfect. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome.
