Fairmont Singapore provides express laundry services and a multilingual concierge. The hotel location is amazing , it has a mall attached to it as well as the metro station. The room size is very good and clean. The breakfast is amazing they have two restaurants for breakfast, the Asian market for halal food ( which I highly recommend) as well as the international buffet which was nice as well. We asked to change the view of the room and they were very kind to do so. We also asked for a late checkout and they were very kind to do so. The rooms are clean and the daily cleaning was very good as well. The location is very good.

Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay offers a hot tub. It was very comfortable. Food was great. Most importantly, the staff was so lovely. All were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for. I wish I could name them all, but to name a few: Vanessa, Violina, Jennifer, Adhit, Friska and Rejal.

I stayed for 18 days in a Studio Premier (King Bed-43 sqm). The studio was comfortable & clean. The studio was well equipped with Miele washer/dryer & bath tub and shower. Breakfast included, continental option only.  The breakfast room was in a spacious surrounding within lush greenery.  You can takeaway breakfast items to munch later on (food carrier provided in your kitchen).  Mr. Ram from reception was super helpful and sweet.  My stay was a pleasant experience, and I recommend Fraser Residence Singapore to others. The accommodation has a flat-screen TV with cable channels. All units are air conditioned and include a seating and dining area. There is also a kitchen fitted with a convection oven and microwave. There is a private bathroom with a bath in each unit. Towels and bed linen are offered. Service from the staff was excellent. They made us feel at home right from the start and were very responsive to our needs. The apartment was well designed and furnished, as well as clean and comfortable.

I have been through manny hotels in SG, but Lanson Place Winsland is the best hotel for me. During the stay, everything was so comfort and cozy. Really love it
