I do not remember the last time I was this happy with a hotel. My wife and I asked if we could get a room with one big bed instead of two beds, and we were upgraded to a wonderful room with a terrace - the explanation was "we like to make our customers happy"! Our friends, who arrived one day after us, had their camera bag mistakenly taken by someone at the airport. Marta, whose sole purpose seems to be customer satisfaction, arranged for their Tesla shuttle driver to help them through this unfortunate situation and then even drive over 60 km to recover the bag before bringing them to the hotel... simply incredible! Also good to know is that thanks to the nearby Metro station, getting around was a breeze. We recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone. Obrigada Marta, and a big thank you to all your colleagues.

The hotel is impeccably designed with great facilities, 10/10 views and is in a good location to explore Porto. The accommodation offers 5-star accommodation with a hot tub and hammam. Breakfast was fantastic and breakfast staff could not be nicer. All the staff were very friendly including reception staff and bar staff. They were also very helpful giving us advice on places to go. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was one of the best we have had in a hotel.

Incredibly cozy and warm, yet modern and stylish. Breakfast was fantastic and I highly recommend the eggs Benedict. Would highly recommend booking a treatment at the spa (facials and massage were amazing) and having a cocktail at the downstairs bar. Pictures actually do not do it justice. We were expecting a much smaller room and rooftop pool. The standard rooms are actually quite spacious and the rooftop area is amazing. Beds are super comfy and would highly recommend staying here.
