The view from the hotel is breathtaking, the hotel park and surrounding really well kept with beautiful gardens. The restaurant was really good with authentic Portuguese food at a really good price and the breakfast the next day was really complete and fresh. The staff was very kind, they could accommodate the breakfast 30 min earlier since we needed to leave early. Would definitely recommend!

The facilities are in perfect condition and cleaned to perfection. You have everything you need. Multiple bathrooms, lots of towels, a wonderful jacuzzi, a great kitchen to cook in, a pool table in perfect condition, an honors bar with an excellent selection of wine and soft drinks, balconies. The list goes on and on. The breakfast Helena personally makes everyday is extraordinary. There is a very wide selection and more than enough food to carry you through lunch and provide an afternoon snack. But the best thing about this rental is Helena herself. She is charming, kind and caring in a special way. Even though I am older than her, it felt like I had my grandmother taking care of me. Her daughter Daniela is also very charming. Spending time talking to Helena was the highlight of our trip. I would recommend this worldclass rental to anyone. There is no way you could do better in Pinhao, Portugal or anywhere else in the world.

Yarelis greeted us each morning with her contagious smile, kindness, and genuine care – the perfect start to the day! Daniël was always helpful and making sure everything went smoothly during dinner. Their thoughtfulness made our stay even more memorable. The food was excellent – fresh, creative, and clearly made with love. It’s the kind of place where you feel both relaxed and well looked after. If you get the chance to visit, don’t think twice!

The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We also really appreciated the thoughtful amenities, which added so much comfort and convenience to our stay. It was an unforgettable experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!
