Hotel per see is just 5* hotel in hot country. What really stands out is the service. My wife got seriously sick. There was a doctor on site, which give us first diagnose and medicaments before finaly going to emergency. Staff was really wonderfull, we got a lot of care, way more than we expected. Especially I want to send thanks to Moumita, Richilda and Navid for all the help. Even fact, we know them by name should tell you how they stand out ;-)

Comprising 310 rooms and suites which all have a desk and a flat-screen TV. With a private bathroom equipped with a bath and free toiletries, certain rooms at Kempinski Hotel Muscat also have a balcony. Guest rooms will provide guests with a wardrobe. The Hotel was perfect and meet our expectations, specially the staff were very professional and supportive during our stay. I would like to thank AMAL for her kindness and support where she upgraded our stay for a better room :). in overall, I would recommend anyone to visit the hotel and I would rate it 10/10.

The place was even better than we expected the appartment is lovely modern clean and the residence is by the sea with also a pool available ! The host was super reactive to any need !!! Ahmed has been a wonderful host, he’s very responsive and quick to answer any questions, as well as help out. I would be happy to come back, if I had to!
