Unfortunately we only stayed here one night on our way to Wellington as I would dearly have loved to stay longer in this little gem of a property. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating, adding so many little extras which made it truly a wonderful place to stay. Situated in their garden, surrounded by nature, the property had a wonderfully comfy bed, great shower, good cooking facilities and lovely outside seating. We were offered a swim in the pool and use of the Bbq which unfortunately we didn't have time to try. I would totally recommend staying here and certainly would love to return

I had a wonderful stay at Warm on Waterloo. The room is part of a lovely home hosted by Hone and Maha — an incredibly kind and welcoming couple. I had some really interesting conversations with them, and they were always happy to help with anything I needed. Everything was clean and comfortable — the bed was especially cozy, and the room was spacious. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm and genuine experience.

Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen & bathroom. The location is incredible! Gorgeous views and a very short walk to the beach. Enclosed patio area with a great BBQ. The spa is magical and was definitely the highlight for us! Our boy loved it and so did we, thanks for an amazing weekend away.
