Although Amsterdam Airport is not far from there and the house is located between main road and hiway, not noisy at all~! There are huge green fields and the apartment building has excellent sound proof. Coffee and tea making facilities. The owner was friendly and couldn't have done more to make us welcome. As for the breakfast - served in your room and amazing. Everything good quality and tailored to your requests. A perfect stay. One thing to note - the stairs are steep and narrow - would be difficult for anyone with mobility problems.
