The resort is fantastic - even better than the pictures. The staff is so welcoming and friendly from the moment you arrive till the moment you leave. We were greeted by a lovely Italian lady Iman, who gave us a run down of everything we need to know and an extensive tour of the island. They have golf cart services to take you to and from your villa which is really nice. The bar has great ambience at night, and delicious cocktails included in our package. The waiters are so polite and attentive. The room comes with a beach bag which you can keep afterwards so would recommend not to pack one for your trip Contrary to other reviews, we thought the food was great! Considering its buffet style, there was many options to pick from. Delicious and large variations of salads, lots of beef and chicken too. We also stayed for 7 nights, so that included a free dinner at an a la carte restaurant of our choice. We chose the fish restaurant which was a 10/10, dining over the water and overlooking the sharks and mantas!! Our package also included a fishing tour and free kayaking as well as the use of snorkeling equipment everyday! Special thanks to Naveen from housekeeping who came in twice a day to keep our villa nice and clean. His hospitality and kindness made all the difference. We loved our stay at Villa Nautica and have already recommended it to friends and family! Things to consider would be the speedboat round trip fee of $170 per person and green tax $12 per person/per night

Free WiFi is provided. We had a great time at this wonderful resort. It is only some 45 mins by boat from Male. The staff are extremely kind and courteous. The team responsible for sea excursions is very informative and helpful. The restaurant provides a great variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were booked at half board and there were plenty of options to have a snack during the day at very reasonable prices. The room had all the needed amenities and was cleaned twice a day. Each room had its allocated sun beds in an idyllic environment. It takes around 15/20 minutes to walk around the island to see nature at its best. The sea immediately around this island is already beautiful to swim in and snorkel. The excursions to nearby reefs add to the experience of seeing turtles, mantas, harmless nurse sharks and all kinds of colourful fish (some of which can be seen in the vicinity of the hotel) . The island is very welcoming, well kept and very clean. A place to revisit time and time again.

Each bungalow has its own private plunge pool and a sundeck. Each unit also includes bath amenities, large flat-screen satellite TV, Bluetooth speaker, and butler service. The attached bathrooms include a rain shower and a separate bathtub. Excellent choice of breakfast and evening meals in the Celcius Restaurant. Beautiful, peaceful resort, a slice of paradise. Fabulous spa and spa treatments. Despite not diving/snorkelling we saw lots of fish, sharks and stingrays. We loved that it was so warm all through our stay. ( high twenties) Helpful and knowledge staff. Bonus having tea/coffee making facilities in the apartment.
