I was offered an upgrade of the room for a reasonable price, which made my stay even better. Staff at the restaurants are always smiling and willing to help. The menu at the Italian restaurant and at the Thay are very good and diverse. I strongly recommend booking at least dinner in these two options upon arrival. Meal options at the Coral restaurant are eventually limited, but they always have something for those with restrictions or limited taste. Breakfast is very complete with everything fresh and delicious. We were entitled breakfast at the club, But haven’t tried it as we were always on a rush to go snorkeling. By the way, the house reef is very good, you can see a lot of marine life. Unfortunately, there are lots of corals in the shallow that are broken, clearly an issue arising from reckless divers. So please, when you go, mind your fins, and avoid unnecessary contact with the corals. For those with some experience in snorkeling, I strongly recommend going to the drop off. If you are a certified diver, Don’t miss the wreck at the property. The staff at the dive center was very helpful with a special mention to Ash, He’s not only very kind, but clearly a very skillful diving instructor. The room and all other facilities were always kept impeccably clean. As an additional kindness, they gave us a free sparkling wine at the room as well as decoration in the bed on the day of my wedding anniversary.
