Check-in was really smooth and reception team even gave us a walkthrough of the entire property for easy awareness. Rooms were very clean, as depicted in the listing, with sufficient heating and hot water supply. Kitchen had basic utensils for making simple foods (we had brought our own vessels in addition). We also enjoyed the complimentary spa session, which was great. Breakfast was really outstanding! Not only was it served fresh upon our arrival every day, the menu was also different for each day. We were given sufficient options based on needs (vegetarian and child-friendly options). The team went above and beyond in making sure that we were comfortable with food. The property is well situated - within a short driving distance from Kotor old town and beach, restaurants of choice, supermarkets, hospital clinics and pharmacies. We found that car parking space was adequate, as we rented a car, which helped us to visit the surrounding landmarks with ease and comfort. In overall, it is a great place to stay and would highly recommend to everyone. Keep it up! Cheers!

Special thanks to Mr. Gile who helped us with luggage and information about the hotel and surroundings. A true professional, hundred percent dedicated to his job with heart and soul! We will stay at Avala again!

The location is great close to the beach and Budva old town. The personnel working in the reception and restaurant are extremely professional and nice. They provided us with all information we needed during our stay. The Hotel manager is a very professional person, he supported us with an issue we had in one night. All in all I highly recommend the hotel and we will be definitely back ! One recommendation is to provide more choice for the breakfast..after 3 days it kind of gets repetitive.

Although the photos looked lovely, the experience was even better. The staff were some of the kindest I have ever encountered and extremely friendly. The room was lovely and spacious, with a pretty nice view. The breakfast fresh and varied - and would also recommend the hotel restaurant (and its aquarium - a major draw for the children). The kids play area and the pool were also very nice.
