There are also 2 restaurants offering international cuisine. 2nd time in Avala, wonderful location, right next to Stari Grad. great and large rooms and bathroom. breakfast perfect including the location overseeing the Med. I had an issue with my car and Ilija of the reception , instead of pointing me to a garage to fix it, came out twice , called their maintenance folk and went to their maintenance place , came out with the right tools and fixed it right there and then so i could be on my way !!! In times when 5-star hotels only distinguish themselves from the competition by their location, their design and maybe some facilities, but hardly focus on really good service anymore, the Merit Starlit seems to be from another - good old - time. Honest hospitality is the top priority here and that in all departments, from reception to the accommodation manager services and of course the restaurant, where we were served breakfast by a lady who really knew her trade... I have never experienced such unpretentious hospitality before. "Trivialities" such as the best location, high-quality furnishings, pleasant room sizes etc. are of course also fulfilled. To summarize, the Merit Starlit is definitely the best house in Budva and probably one of the best in Montenegro.

You can borrow sauna towels from the reception to go to the beach. Free parking is a bonus, everything: grocery stores, beach, old town is within walking distance. As a bonus, there is an indoor rooftop pool and sauna, which you can use for free. Very friendly service, my family and I were VERY satisfied with the vacation! Good breacfast ;)

Beautiful, modern apartment in the centre of Budva. Everything was in walking distance: 3 supermarkets, the beach, restaurants, pharmacies, the old town, etc. We went in March, so we used the AC for heating, and it was great that there was a unit in both rooms. The AC was really quiet too. The rooms, kitchen, and bathroom were super clean. We had a lot of high quality towels and even bathrobes. We had private underground parking. We were looked after really well.

Everything was immaculately clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The rooms were also well-insulated, providing a peaceful environment. The hotel's location near Sveti Stefan and Budva was perfect for exploring the area. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was absolutely breathtaking, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional and helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and luxurious stay!
