The owner, Anura and his family have created a fabulous place to relax and to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The large pool is a delightful place to chillax after a day sight seeing. The rooms are large and well equipped. The bathroom is also a good size with toilet, shower, and hand basin. Breakfast is provided. I would recommend Green View to anyone visiting Kandy. It is a little difficult to get a tuk tuk from kandy to Green View, but the local bus runs every 10 - 15 minutes, and the fare is approximately LKR90. Green View gets a 10/10 from me.

Great stay here, spacious room with a great balcony. For dinner they served a 3 course meal, well executed. Location is awesome, the view from the pool over the hills and valleys is wild and it wasn't far to Kandy City which I found a bit hectic, so it was nice to escape back to the more natural setting at the hotel. They had a naturalist here, who took us on a morning walk through the pekoe trail and imparted so much knowledge of the local plant & wildlife. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to my friends travelling through Sri Lanka.
