El Sigiriya Water Cottage, situado en Sigiriya, 3,4 km de la roca de Sigiriya, ofrece barbacoa, solárium y restaurante. Such a beautiful stay! The water cottages are spacious and clean with everything you need. A unique, authentic experience with a beautiful pool. The owners were so helpful, they organized a taxi to pick us up from Negombo and one to take us to Kandy for very reasonable prices. They also gave us a tuk tuk to Pidurangala rock so we could climb it for sunrise, and waited for us to return. We had a delicious meal of Sri Lankan curries cooked by one of the owners - one of the best meals of the trip. We couldn't recommend this place enough.

El personal estuvo siempre atento de nuestras inquietudes, nos colocaron un conductor llamado Vimuktbi Labira para que nos llevara a sitios turísticos y simplemente fue un amigo más, una persona muy agradecida. Por otro lado, el desayuno del hotel estuvo maravilloso con platos muy típicos de la región.

Con Kandy railway station a sólo 3.5 km, 88th Hanthana tiene hospedaje, restaurante, una alberca al aire libre, un jardín y una terraza. ¡Todo! Nos encantó absolutamente todo de este sitio, la amabilidad de los trabajadores realmente nos encantó incluso podemos decir, después de 10 días en Sri Lanka, que han sido los mejores anfitriones.

Amazing. The staff, the food, the rooms: everything was perfect. So great to be away from the craziness of the city to appreciate the natural landscape of Sri Lanka. We will come back!

Aarunya Nature Resort has free bikes and an outdoor swimming pool in Kandy. The property features a fitness centre, as well as a garden. The accommodation provides a shared lounge and free WiFi. When booking this Hotel I thought it looked nice, but that just do not do it justice. The welcome was perfect with an intro massage whilst checking in. The views from the reception are absolutely stunning set in an idyllic location. The staff were incredibly attentive, the room was exceptional with an in nature feel about it being so well positioned and overlooking the nature park. The only noises to hear were nature itself. Wonderful choices for food and drinks both local and international.

Lovely place set back in Kandy out of the craziness but close enough for a short tuktuk ride. The owners were lovely and made sure everything was set for every part of our stay. They even helped me out when I was sick of what I could get from the pharmacy. Homely vibe!

I get a smile on my face when thinking about this place. The hosts were so so nice and friendly! The room was so spacious and spotless clean! The breakfast was delicious! There is also an option to have dinner, it´s a pity that we did not know in advance :) I hope we can come back one day! The views are absolutely breathtaking!
