The apartment was very clean and spacious and has everything that you might need for a comfortable stay. Aki-san is a very nice and caring host, and the breakfast was superb. Highly recommended to stay here, but it is better to have a car, which we did, and it was easy to find the location with google map.

With the hotel being newly opened, the facilities were spotless. I enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor pool and jacuzzi, admiring the sunset behind the Hira mountains. Dinner was a meat lover's dream, with every course bursting with flavor and perfectly paired wines. The next morning, we indulged in a breakfast made from fresh Omi vegetables, delivered via room service so we could savor it while taking in the scenic view of Lake Biwa. And the staff were all incredibly friendly.

I liked the ricefields, the Biwa-Sea, the Mountains and the special spezies of the Mammut trees. ・The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. It is a big house very nice equipped, there is a big kitchen with all you need. There are nice flowers and the linen of the beds is so soft. I felt like at home. And I enjoyed the bath. I recommand very much to stay in this wonderful house with this wonderful family. I would really like to come back one day.

Instructions by the host were precise and clear before the checkin. The rooms were sparkling clean, hosts were super friendly and helpful! Location is great to multiple sights in the neighborhood. (Metasequoia trees, cherry blossom, etc. ) Everything is as described in the property descruption. Even better than the pictures. Hosts do not speak english, however they are well prepared with a translator app.
