The room was very clean, spacious by Japanese standards, and offered serene traditional atmosphere blended seamlessly with modern conforms. There was a terrace with a beautiful view adding on to the comfort of the room. The dinner was traditional Japanese-style and for sure it should not be missed! The multi-course kaiseki meal was beautifully presented and very delicious, including fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. The hotel's location is good for visiting the Itsukushima Torii (Water gate) as it is just one station away from it but at the same time away from the madness of the island.

Hosts were so kind and let us park our car in their property. Our room had a balcony with a nice view on Miyajima island. We had the opportunity to experience the Japanese life since the family is living in the house, we would definitely come back!
