Every need was addressed, they even left us a fresh apple juice in the fridge and a welcome note. Rooms were huge and the beds were really comfortable. The kids enjoyed playing with the toys 🧸 and to jump on the small trampoline outside.

The food was very nice and they accommodated our specific dietary requirements. Dogs were very friendly and I enjoyed brushing them. Overall, very nice accommodation!!

But the star of the show has to be the food. The food was way up and beyond. Savoring the delicious meal while enjoying the flute session was a great experience. Thank you all the staff at Yado Kanzan.

There are places to sit in the lobby, which are comfortable, there is also a piano to play. The staff, Mr Kageyama was extremely friendly and welcoming and we had a great stay. Thank you!

Kusatsu Shirane. 3 double rooms and 1 single room in total, 2 toilets and 1 bathroom with attached onsen. It was great for our stay as we skied during the day. Medium sized fridge and sufficient kitchen and appliances for our cooking needs. Good heating, fast and stable WiFi, everyone was comfortable! Would recommend it.
