When it was the right time, I went to reception to ask for it, I think the women who normally do it had finished their shift but two men from the reception came to the room and installed the 4 futons (you had to add the sheets.on the pillows and the blankets too). I didn't realise this wasn't their job until it was too late but I was very thankful they did it especially as the room was small for 4 futons and the tables and it required some tetris skills.
