The soundproofed rooms and suites at Petra Moon come equipped with satellite channels, a DVD player and extra-long beds. Each has air conditioning and a private bathroom. It was very clean and friendly. They also provided a lot of complimentary items to really make our stay that much better. There is also a rooftop where we got to watch the sunrise, it was beautiful.

The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort not just at the hotel but also by providing helpful information about Petra and the surrounding area. We dined at the hotel restaurant both nights. While the dinner options were somewhat limited, the food was wonderful. Breakfast was a standout experience, offering a wide variety of dishes, more than we could possibly finish. They even accommodated our dietary restrictions seamlessly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Hazem at the front desk, was outstanding, providing his WhatsApp number for any assistance while we were in town. He truly went the extra mile by checking on us that evening and following up with us after we left to ensure we arrived safely at our next destination. His kindness and excellent service made us feel truly welcome and at home. A special mention also goes to Vida at the restaurant. She was so sweet and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and personalized service!

Amazing staff, very clean rooms and great breakfast. Due to the situation in the Middle East it was rather quiet, but that didn't stop them from ensuring we had a great stay.

The location is really good. 3 min wallking from Petra entrance. The rooms are clean. Since the hotel was fully booked, we were upgraded at suite, which was truly lovely with a large balcony. The staff is very friendly and kind. The guys at the reception are fun and helpful. Everyone speaks English fluently. Parking is right in front of the hotel and it’s free. The food is good. There's a market just below the hotel, and there are restaurants nearby as well. Highly recommended.

The rooms were clean and had a fantastic view of the city. The facilities were of a high quality. The swimming pool is cool , much needed after a long walk in Petra. I will definitely come here next time!
