Online check-in for old folks is a pain but to be fair, even doing it on the same day as we did it worked well. We had secure outdoor parking for our bikes, a super clean room with (gold star!) a heated towel rail to dry our cycling gear. And breakfast was superb! 10/10 supported by the two ladies who were on hand to make sure everything was ok. No shortage of restaurants and bars near by. Very happy to recommend this place.

Beautifully designed hotel right on the beach. Staff very friendly and efficient. Food very good and head waiter Cesare has an extensive knowledge of Italian wine. Garden area and beach facilities excellent.

It’s about 1 km away from the town center (so we usually took the electric car to go there) and Castiglione della Pescaia was still lively (but not crowded anymore) in the first half of October. There are very nice and clean sandy beaches nearby, our favorites were Cala Violina and Rocchette. Tommaso is also a friendly host, communication was good.
